FREE Cardio Workouts

Take the guessing out of cardio workouts.

Use these simple, yet effective cardio workouts to ensure that you are using your exercise time wisely.  Print them out and take them to the gym. 

Don’t forget to also pring the “How Hard Does This Feel?” chart, otherwise you will not know at what intensity to perform the workouts.

A few guidelines:

1.  Use the intensities/feelings (described in the “How hard Does This Feel?” chart) indicated on the workouts.

2.  Change your choice of exercise (i.e. treadmill, bike, elliptical, swimming, etc.) at least one time per week.

3.  If you feel faint, dizzy, or generally unwell, decrease your intensity or stop immediately and consult your physician.
