Exercise Makes You Younger

Researchers have found that those who exercise 30 minutes a day have younger cells than their sedentary counterparts.

    I was thrilled to see that you discussed the simple facts on heart disease and that it can be prevented–you can beat the odds. With all that is available to people to prevent “the emergent situation” more communication needs to be out. The procedures have a high success rate–even more when scheduled. The modifications to a life style along with the check-ups are a must!! The comparison to the car was great….we do not have a warranty!!
    Way too many wait until the bad news or “emergency” to take care of their “pump” of life!!!
