<p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><font face="Times New Roman">I have thought this for a long time, but just recently decided to share this thought given a recent post: <a href="http://http://myreallifefitness.com/an-hour-a-day/">an hour a day</a>, which highlights the recommendation of children’s daily activity.</font></p>

<p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt" class="MsoNormal"><font face="Times New Roman">So, pat yourself on the back for the wonderful example you are setting for your children.</font></p>
